Crystal Smith is deeply passionate about both her faith in Jesus and the opportunity to educate young children in His teachings. With over two decades of experience in early childhood education, Crystal has held various roles within the field, becoming a Preschool Director in 2010.

Her extensive background has equipped her with a profound understanding of how children learn and connect, recognizing that each day provides valuable opportunities for students to acquire foundational knowledge—spanning social interactions, academic concepts, and spiritual growth. Crystal is dedicated to fostering a dynamic and inspiring learning environment that encourages both teachers and students to thrive.

Outside of her professional role, Crystal is the wife of Pastor Chris Smith and the mother of two young adult daughters, Emmalynn and Ella, as well as a lively goldendoodle named Reuben. Together, Crystal and her husband serve on staff at Focus Church, where they are deeply committed to seeing life-change through Christ in the lives of individuals across generations. In her personal time, Crystal enjoys singing, running, and savoring a good cup of coffee.

She looks forward to the continued journey at Focus Christian Academy and is honored to lead and nurture the next generation of young learners.
